Abstract
This research is an observational study with a comparative qualitative approach, namely by sampling the comparison between the theory of Human Resources and activities in the field. Research that aims to implement existing theories in Human Resources Science, especially Wahyudi's theory. The variables studied in this study are Conflict Management Variables and Work Stress. The research population is all employees of PT. Gunta Samba Purchasing Department and Logistics Regional Office (RO) .
