SOSIALISASI PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI PADA BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA TANGJUNG LIMAU

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises are business entities established and owned by the Village whose aim is, among other things, to increase the village's original income. However, it is often found that this goal has not been met because the income and contribution provided are not significant. Therefore, there is a need to optimize investment decision making in BUMDes management to increase village income. In the village of Tanjung Limau itself, BUMDes has not yet carried out any permanent business, therefore the aim of this socialization is so that the BUMDes of Tanjung Limau village can make long-term investments in the form of businesses that can increase village income, and in making investment decisions they are also expected to be careful in looking at investment opportunities.

The method used is direct observation in collecting data needed for socialization, where observations are carried out at the village office where BUMDes administrators carry out activities.

The results of observations from looking at the financial performance of BUMDes which have been running for the last 2 years and looking at each BUMDes income, show that BUMDes management has been running well but is still not optimal, because several indicators have not been met, namely financial reporting which is still messy due to the change of new management. and there is no permanent business. The advice given is the need to improve the workforce, financial reports, and increase profits/losses first in order to start a more mature investment or business again. Therefore, BUMDes needs assistance from the village government for every activity and financial reporting. It is hoped that this socialization activity can help BUMDes in selecting businesses and investments that can be an opportunity to increase village income.
