PENGEMBANGAN WISATA MELALUI PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT POKDARWIS UNGGULAN KABUPATEN KUTAI KARTANEGARA

Abstract

The development of tourist infrastructure aims to create tourist satisfaction in enjoying their vacation time. Not only that, other programs such as increasing the competitiveness of tourism products are very necessary to encourage strengthening the structure of the tourism industry. The tourism potential of Kutai Kartanegara Regency must be exploited in connection with the existence of the new IKN because it is predicted that there will be a surge in tourist visits, both domestic and international tourists when the IKN is realized. Interviews were conducted in an unstructured manner in the form of discussions, casual chats and questions and answers. Data from field research is then processed, compiled and analyzed so that the data has value for people's lives.

Of the 10 pokdarwis and destinations that have been carried out by the assessment team through a survey using an open questionnaire on Bukit Mahogany Tourism (Tenggarong Seberang), Bhuana Jaya Tourism Village, Taman Gubang, Sumber Sari Village Tourism, Jembayan Tengah Tourism Village, Ambalat Beach Tourism, Sungai Hitam Lestari, Duta Pamedas Beach and Pangempang Beach Tourism. The results of the survey and questionnaire show that community development is not optimal. In order for these pokdarwis and destinations to get maximum results, we recommend adding 5A (Accessibility, Accommodation, Attraction, Activities and Amenities)
